Placing an order

Placing an order on our website requires creating a user account. The accuracy and validity of the information submitted is crucial and may affect your order's processing and dispatch time. Janeper Trading Limited does not share, sell or misuse any information you submit to us. All information is used strictly for the purpose of processing your order.

Some of the products in our catalog are eligible for Wholesale and some of them are eligible for Retail and DropShipping. We only offer the dropshipping service to EU countries. For wholesale shipping please contact our sales representatives to find out the best option for you.

Following the placement of an order, notifications will be sent to your e-mail address informing you of all changes regarding the status of your order.

Orders totaling  500 EUR or more must be paid by a Wire Transfer only.



Janeper Trading Limited ships orders all over Europe via DHL and Cyprus Post. Actual shipping charges will be added to the grand total of your order. For retail and dropshipping orders you can view your shipping costs as you add items to your shopping cart. For wholesale shipping please contact our representatives. Orders are usually processed within 2,3 working days, after your payment has been received. Actual shipping time may vary by your country and the service that you choose for shipping. We don’t hold any responsibility on late delivery as this is totally related to the shipping carrier. If you need to insure your package please contact our representatives. If you need a package by a certain date please call so we can arrange the best shipping method for you.



Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within two weeks from the day your order is received. We will give you the choice of exchanging your returned items for other merchandise, crediting your account towards future purchases, or refunding your credit card, the only cost to you would be the shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. Contact the company by email to notify about the issue as soon as possible, and follow the instructions below.

Please make sure that you have read the terms and conditions listed below, before you send back the product.

  • Products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • All original packaging, poly bags, case box and tags must be returned.
  • The purchaser is accountable for all shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for the packaged products until it arrives to our warehouse. We greatly suggest that you buy insurance and have a tracking number for your package.
